The role, in a nutshell:
As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Professional Services team within Customer Success, working in direct partnership with our customers. In this role, you will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard in order to build secure software. You will embody our company value, âWe are customer obsessedâ by ensuring the customers are our top priority in the implementation and onboarding lifecycle. The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for Senior Commercial Account Executive who will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the Central region. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with existing customers. You will manage forecasts and track customer data. Weâre strong proponents of a consultative sales approach - learn about the customerâs needs first before talking about our products. In the United States, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $220,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process.
