The Opportunity:

The Sr. Construction Account Manager will support our Connecticutclients’ job order contracting (JOC) programs through our revolutionary Simplebid® JOC platform. You will works closely with clients to coordinate and manage their JOC construction projects. Responsibilities of this position include working with government agency construction programs, coordinating multiple concurrent projects and tasks through the JOC procurement lifecycle, being responsive and communicative to the needs of our clients, and maintaining excellent user experiences. Ideal candidates may have experience in construction, facilities management, project management, account management, and other public agency or customer-facing project delivery positions. You will maintain a streamlined JOC process and align our product and service offerings with their clients’ unique needs.

The Sr. Construction Account Manager will travel regionally throughout Connecticut and must be based there.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships by promptly and effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure that all projects are in contract compliance and align with the Simplebid® JOC process
  • Organize and manage job conferences with clients, contractors, designers, and account managers
  • Use the Simplebid® platform to input and execute all project requests, work orders, schedules, price proposal reviews, and additional documentation
  • Oversee and track project progress with clients, contractors, and other account managers
  • Review client and contractor-provided construction documents, plans, and specifications for additional understanding of projects
  • Ensure clients and contractors are trained in the Simplebid® software and unit price book

Required skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 8+ years related exprience, or 4+ years related experience with a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, is required.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in JOC (Job Order Contracting) is required.
  • Experience in construction management, project management, construction procurement processes, public construction projects, contract development, and administration, estimating/price proposal development, tenant improvement or renovation construction projects is required.
  • Proven record with client-facing project management or owners’ rep experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and written, and verbal communication.
  • Must have strong client facing skills.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot software for client.
  • Knowledge and experience in value engineering, scope development, and project delivery methods in the public sector are preferred; JOC (Job Order Contracting) experience and understanding is a huge plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently in a strict deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to additional software.

The Growth Team is seeking a Starlink Growth Specialistto own consumer subscriber acquisition and growth across the state of Nebraska. This role will be responsible for building and executing local growth strategies through local partnerships, sales, affiliates, field marketing, events, and other awareness/growth initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth strategy and execution for Nebraska, fully responsible for achieving ambitious growth targets within the state
  • Serve as Starlink’s local market owner, accountable for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance
  • Execute business development strategies to expand Starlink’s consumer presence across the state
  • Identify, evaluate, and build new customer acquisition channels including with internet service providers, affiliates, utilities, retailers, installers, real estate partners, community organizations, and local governments
  • Drive deal execution from opportunity identification through commercial agreements and partner launch

Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key driver of Neo4j’s growth across India, with a primary focus on Public Sector customers including Government Ministries, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Defence, Smart Cities, Law Enforcement, and other strategic government agencies. Based in Delhi (preferred), you will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, customers, and ecosystem partners to articulate business value, shape technical solutions, and accelerate the adoption of graph technology across some of the country’s most complex and mission-critical initiatives.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, consultative solution selling, and an understanding of the Public Sector procurement landscape, stakeholder ecosystem, and regulatory requirements. You will engage in deep technical and business discovery, support the sales process through value-based selling, and collaborate with key partners, including hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), strategic ISVs, and System Integrators to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities (Public Sector Focus)

Sales Process & Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for Public Sector opportunities across India.
  • Engage with senior government stakeholders, technical teams, and procurement organizations to understand strategic initiatives and align Neo4j solutions to mission outcomes.
  • Support complex RFP, RFI, and tender responses, ensuring Neo4j’s value proposition is clearly articulated.
  • Develop solution architectures that address government requirements around security, scalability, compliance, and data sovereignty.

Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with leading Public Sector-focused System Integrators and consulting partners including TCS, Infosys, LTIMindtree, Wipro, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, and EY.
  • Collaborate with hyperscaler Public Sector teams to identify and execute joint opportunities.
  • Support partner enablement activities focused on government use cases and solution offerings.

Additional Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting Public Sector, Government, Defence, Homeland Security, Smart Cities, or regulated industry customers.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering frameworks, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with major System Integrators supporting Public Sector accounts.
  • Ability to engage credibly with both technical practitioners and senior government decision-makers.

Preferred Location: Delhi NCR, India

The Role:

The OAM will achieve territory sales by utilizing their experience too:

  • Holistically support and manage territory accounts by creating relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals (Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists), and business stakeholders (CFOs, Office Practice Managers, Billers, etc.)
  • Maintain a uniquely deep and nuanced understanding of territory, including Opinion Leaders (OL) and other influencers, treatment and utilization trends, payer and reimbursement dynamics, and competitive opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze business performance: Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan. This includes developing unique account plans, delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical education programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrate clinical/disease/product expertise and deliver strategic customer education.
  • Work closely with multiple Syndax internal stakeholders inside and outside the commercial organization to ensure strategic alignment and execution of key strategies/tactics to advance overall business objectives.
  • Implement processes for appropriate patient identification and treatment management.
  • Utilize internal relationships and develop external relationships with account stakeholders, including, but not limited to, HCPs and advanced practice providers, to service and manage accounts.

Desired Experience/Education and Personal Attributes:

We are looking to hire a Territory Sales Officer in Unilever. Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system.
  • Managing the distributor system in terms of both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
  • Systematically analyse, extract and use MIS reports to identify possible gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance in your respective geography.
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen our market position. Further, use the same the generate and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office.
  • Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
  • Monitor systematically the performance of the distributor and distributor's sales team and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps).

Key Skills & Requirement

  • Required a Minimum Fulltime Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Channel Sales.
  • Excellent in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management
  • Should be well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning
  • Conducting promotional activities & execution
  • Knowledge of MS-Office particularly Excel
  • Decent Communication in English and Local language is desired
