Staff Brand Designer who creates brand experiences across web, marketing campaigns, and product, designing and building marketing sites and brand systems on Webflow's platform.
Headquarters: Remote
URL: https://webflow.com/
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Brand Designer who works in the space between brand and web—someone who can hold a brand idea and build it themselves. Our marketing site is where most people meet Webflow, which makes it the primary surface of our brand rather than a place we put finished work. You'll design that experience and take it all the way into production on our own platform. The brand doesn't stop at the site, though—it shows up in campaigns, conference environments, film, and the product itself—and you'll work across those surfaces too. The border between those disciplines is disappearing in practice: a conference identity now ships as a motion system and a site in the same breath, and an announcement has to hold in a keynote and a viewport in the same week. This role also sits closest to the edge of what's newly possible, so we care most about someone who is already experimenting—putting AI and agentic tooling to real use and bringing back what holds up. You'll sit on Brand Studio, Webflow's in-house creative team, as a senior individual contributor working alongside brand designers, motion, and marketing partners.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.Â
Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
As a Staff Brand Designer, you'll…
Design the web as our primary brand surface
Work in the space between brand and web
Work across the brand's other surfaces
Experiment, and put what works into production
Unblock the business
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
Requirements:
You’ll thrive as a Staff Brand Designer if you:
At Webflow, equality is a core tenet of our culture. We are an Equal Opportunity (EEO)/Veterans/Disabled Employer and are committed to building an inclusive global team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, beliefs, and experiences. Employment decisions are made on the basis of job-related criteria without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other classification protected by applicable law. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Webflow will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Work from creative briefs, participate actively in reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, staying comfortable with shifts in strategy or approach based on the news cycle or evolving business needs.
Create clear, compelling presentation materials and articulate the rationale for your design decisions to colleagues and leadership, connecting creative choices to performance, user behavior and broader marketing strategy.
Bring fresh ideas and a spirit of experimentation to how we market our journalism, product experiences and bundles, contributing to a culture of continuous learning on the marketing creative team.
Demonstrate support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to our mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world.
You will report to the Creative Director, Design, Marketing.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on graphic design experience at an advertising agency, digital agency, studio or in‑house team, with a focus on marketing or advertising creative and experience in growth‑oriented campaigns.
A portfolio should show both thoughtful execution and conceptual thinking. It should span social, digital display, email, in‑app, app store, and print. The portfolio should include clear examples of how design choices clarify complex ideas.
Deep proficiency in core visual design principles — typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, color, emphasis and unity.
Expert‑level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including building and maintaining components, styles, libraries and design systems used across a marketing organization.
Demonstrated expertise in design systems: creating component libraries and style guides; ensure pixel‑perfect execution.

Don’t overthink it—you can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it. Only your final submission will be reviewed.
Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation after submitting your application.

Edit long-form YouTube videos with focus on pacing, sound design, and visual clarity for a design education channel.
Our mission is to empower the world to design great digital experiences.
Mobbin helps designers and product people find highly-relevant references to their design problems. Today, Mobbin is serving over a million users and is used by most design-forward companies such as Wise, Airbnb, Headspace, Duolingo, Uber, and more.

Mobbin is looking for a YouTube Video Editor to help us turn raw footage into videos worth watching twice.
Over the past 4 years, Mobbin has grown to 3M+ registered users almost entirely through product and organic word-of-mouth. Since Mobbin is a visual product, it’s best understood through visual education, and we’re doubling down on video as a primary growth engine.
This is a hands-on editing role. Scripting, filming, and strategy are handled by the team. Your job is to take that raw material and cut it into videos that feel as premium and intentional as the Mobbin product itself.
You’ll be working directly with Rachel How, who runs the Mobbin YouTube channel and her personal channel.
Edit long-form YouTube videos: From raw footage, screen recordings, and scripts — talking-head pieces, UI/UX teardowns, product deep-dives, and educational content.
Own pacing and story in the cut. Trim the fat, find the rhythm, and keep viewers watching. A great edit should make a 12-minute video feel like 6.
Sound design & mixing: Clean dialogue, tasteful music selection, and sound effects that add polish without calling attention to themselves.
Visual clarity: Color correction, clean captions/subtitles, and simple on-screen text and callouts that make UI details legible and easy to follow.
Iterate fast: Turn around edits on a predictable schedule, incorporate feedback in tight loops, and keep project files organized so nothing gets lost between rounds.
Be a master of the edit: You have a portfolio (or channel) that proves you can tell a story in the timeline. You care about pacing, sound design, and visual clarity. And it shows in your work.
Have great taste: You understand why designers love Mobbin. You can watch a screen recording of an app and instinctively know which moments deserve a slow push-in and which should be cut. You can understand how a script translates into an edit intuitively and how it could resonate with the Mobbin audience and branding.
Know YouTube as a format: You understand retention curves, hooks, and why the first 30 seconds matter. You edit for viewers, not just for the brief. You understand an edit makes or breaks attention in long form videos.
Be fluent in your tools: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. We care about the output, not the software.
Be reliable and self-directed: As a part-time contractor you’ll manage your own schedule. We need someone who communicates clearly, hits agreed deadlines, and flags problems early.
Bonus: Motion graphics chops (After Effects), collaborated using Frame.io or equivalent before, thumbnail design sense, or experience editing for any other YouTube channels.
We are a small team that’s highly passionate about our craft and committed to delivering exceptional results. We build with a clear focus on serving our customers — creating the best possible product that solves real customer problems is what truly matters to us.
Work on content for a product loved by millions of designers, builders & product teams all over the world.
Zero-ish meeting culture — feedback happens async, so you can focus on the edit.
High autonomy and agency: we hire the best & brightest and trust them to figure out what’s best.
No BS culture, no external optics — just real, meaningful, impact-focused work.
Most importantly, join a team that truly & deeply cares about the product and customers.
Mobbin is global remote. Work from anywhere. We have colleagues based in over 8 countries globally.
We’re HQ-ed in Singapore, but this role is fully remote-friendly.
Note: Rachel is based in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) (GMT+8).
As our video output scales, so can this engagement.
Type: Freelance / Independent contractor
Commitment: Part-time, 2~4 videos per month to start
Location: Remote (async-friendly), any timezone with reasonable overlap to SGT
Turnaround: Typically a first cut within ~5 working days of receiving footage (we’ll agree on this together)

Every single team member — from Product & Engineering to Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, and everything in between — is obsessed with one thing: helping Canadians make better financial choices. And we’re pretty great at it, too. Via our digital application technology and our award-winning in-house brokerages, we help over 2M Canadians per month make a positive impact on their finances. We have many unique businesses: a mortgage brokerage, a life insurance brokerage, a home and auto insurance brokerage, a mortgage originations and servicing business, a Financial Services Marketplace, and a content business across Ratehub and MoneySense. 365 days a year, we deliver our users the best online mortgage experience, personalized credit card and loan options, and cheaper auto and home insurance policies than they typically get from their existing financial adviser.

This is where you come in. We are on the hunt for the right candidate to join us and help lead us forward to continued growth.

Although headquartered in downtown Toronto, Ratehub is a remote-first company and as such, we’re open to remote candidates.
